O-Access Presenter Search, was so inspiring to see the amount of talent there at the castings, and I also met people whom i love so much. The ambience was peaceful, Godly and serene. Judges were cool. Made Top 2, which i'm really proud of as i am very different and have a unique&strong sense of being African. So the fact that i even went that far, was humbling and brave from the producers behalf.I thank you. Congrats to *Dineo!!*:)x . I'm sure everyone will agree who auditioned that it was an honour to be there and a pleasure. Wow! Amazing,Beautiful& Proudly African x

I escpecially learnt during this journey to continue to be true to who i am. And that being different and yourself is a good thing, because no one can do you, better than yourself.:)And God will place you in the right place at the right time, where you can just be who you are.

So An amazing guy on facebook(will get his name) gave me the idea to post about my recent experiences being in the Top 4 for the Live Presenter Search, and i actually thought that was a brilliant idea! So The Live Presenter Search Finale ends this Friday. With them announcing the winner from South Africa's votes. Which is exciting, nerve wrecking, surreal and humbling. Sjoe! (*sidenote: I have mad respect for the ever so talented presenters of Live that being Bonang, Phila and Tbo Touch)

So this friday, i'll take as many pictures as possible and tell you all about my experiences! Should be FUN! So exciting, i know God's Grace will be with me and all the 3 other contestants, (one of them being my sister (not literally, but i've known since pre-primary Minnie!:) ) Its gonna be a JAM!*

Met up with the radio DJ's JD and Minenhle of Gagasi FM, and honestly had a blast! Their energy is addictive and the interview..bliss..Just chatted to them about my current projects. At my cousin's Memulo(a traditional African ceremony,almost equivelant to a 21st)

*The world had World Aids day yesterday..1 December 2009. And i felt that i could not believe that such a simple disease, could take the lives of so many..Simply in that, more than anything, this disease tests our behaviour, moral and logic. I strongly believe the spread of HIV/Aids is not because of ignorance, but rather a lack of wanting to change ones habits..this obviously does not count those who are married, been raped or born positive. But rather the majority cases those who choose to kill themselves, for a few minutes of pleasure..*sigh*

I say this in a harsh manner as my province of Birth Kwazulu-Natal..has THE HIGHEST HIV/AIDS IN THE WORLD! So for me to not be frustrated..would be a lie..as i have seen so many pass by..from an act that gives a few minutes of pleasure.

And from all those that i knew died...they did not want to do what was right for them..point blank.. As a province,country, continent and world..YOU CAN'T ALWAYS PLAY VICTIM..

YOU HAVE TO ASK YOURSELF THE QUESTION OF WHAT SEPERATES YOU, FROM THOSE WHO HAVE NOT CONTRACTED THE DISEASE, WHAT HAVE THEY DONE RIGHT...AND THEN YOU'LL FIND THE ANSWER..

Although there's a huge generalisation in my statement..many will know where i am coming from..we need to change the way we are living morally..and take responsibilty for our actions..

Almost halfway through my 21st year..

So i'm halfway through this year of being a 21 year old, and i think its important for one to reflect on their life. For one i know i've grown alot this year positively and have really embraced the existence of God in my life..i think if you ever have a chance just to reflect and assess where you are in life and where you want to be, you should really do it .

Reaching your full potential in anything you do is so important, and i think alot of us are guilty of not doing so. We naturally get trapped in the limitations of this world, you know the other human beings who burp and fart just like you and me:)LOL(i've become a victim of this) and wait for things to happen or are too afraid to make them happen for themselves.

I say whats the harm in trying and so what if you fail..you're not dead, so keep on trying..i've noticed thats what makes true achievers, not being afraid to fail and get back up. I'm a law student so i know challenges, aspiring entertainer and child of God who honestly has had to

re-access my view of life.

Because i was such a control freak i always wanted things to happen now for me, which didn't always happen..and through that i learnt that i need to trust in my creator and realize that as long as i do my best, there's nothing i can regret.

So i want to thank the Lord for being with me and all of you in this wonderful concept called life! Enjoy it and GOD BLESS xx

So many ladies in South Africa wear their HAIR short..its the same in Kenya. I even shaved my hair last year(as the pic shows above)..so i was surprised at the hype there was surrounding these ladies shaving theirs.. I say BIG UP on being an individual in anything you do!!

I guess its the culture of a place.. i know in South Africa, people have all different hairstyles from short to long, real or fake. I really dig that about SA you can do wateva you want to your hair :)

Holidays was so much fun..i actually xame to the conclusion that most of my fashion influences come from the weather in South africa and also from the African culures here..you know my sister and i were just saying the other day how crazy beautiful the Ndebele houses are from the Ndebele tribe are...and how we just see that as some other home...but when you actually stop, look and think you realize how beautiful those homes are..and how accustomed you become to your beautiful surroundings and in Africa there's just plenty of that..wana actually show you guys an Ndebele house below so you can see for yourselves how breathe-taking these homes are..fashion and art at its best..:)
